Working within a high-performing team and collaborating closely with other parts of PwC, you will be responsible for adding value to your client portfolio through the delivery of People & Organisation projects in HR Transformation and Operating Model Design, Change Management, Leadership, Culture, Organisation Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, and People Analytics.
About the Role
- You will be working as a member of a dynamic, highly collaborative and focused team to co-create and deliver innovative and immersive programs for clients to address their workforce transformation challenges.
- Help clients transform their ways of working.
- Support change management and communications design and implementation for large-scale technology transformation programmes and operating model redesigns.
- Enable organisations to transform workforce across jobs and roles of the future to drive growth and change ambitions.
- Assist in designing workforce strategies and workforce planning frameworks to prepare and transition employees for organisational transformation.
- Design the HR operating model for organisations, including organisation design, roles and responsibilities, governance, and KPIs to enable the HR function to become a strategic advisor.
- Develop leaders and leadership teams to lead and support transformation journeys.
- Support the team in building and leveraging client relationships, support sales processes by developing proposals and market propositions.
- Support business development, thought leadership, and research & development activities as appropriate.
- Contribute to the overall development and growth of the People & Organisation practice.
About You
- Final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, or related discipline from a reputable local university.
- Good subject matter understanding and interest in workforce-related capabilities.
- An understanding of the HR function and its operating model.
- Awareness of the impact on the workforce of business, organisational, and operational change.
- Enablement of future state with a technology-enabled lens (e.g., implications of AI/GenAI on future workforce requirements).
- Change management approach, culture strategy, leadership and communications.
- Demonstrated initiative, design thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent oral and written English, self-motivated, able to work in dynamic environments with changing priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight timelines.
- Driven, tenacious, client-focused, and results-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated passion for HR and organisation development.
- Excellent social skills and enjoy working in a diverse environment.
