Eligibility
To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme:
- You are required to have graduated (Bachelor / Master / PhD) prior to your first day at Shell.
- You should be in your final year of study or have less than three years of relevant work experience if you’ve recently graduated.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess leadership presence and experience in a team-working environment.
