Job Description

Provide engineering support for semiconductor process operations. Typically performs one or more of the following as directed and/or independently:

• Provides oversight and guidance of operational activities to ensure productive use of manufacturing, process, and equipment to meet daily targets and operational goals — cycle time, throughput, prototype success, and shipment plan.
• Supports automated assembly tools to support manufacturing processes.
• Supports engineering and industrial engineering for accurate and up-to-date assumptions; constraints and UPH are used in capacity modeling.
• Drives manufacturing efficiencies, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Performs all activities in a safe and responsible manner and supports Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
• Works and collaborates on other projects and/or assignments as needed.

• Requires a technical (University) degree. (Exceptions approved by local HR)
• BS + 0–2 years of experience or MS + 0–2 years.
