AI Data Analyst Intern

Job Description

• Participate in the AI initiatives within the PMO team and play a pivotal role in identifying solutions.
• Explore the use of AI tools and reporting within the PMO team.
• Develop workflows and reports using Power BI and Power Automate tools.
• Support operational activities in the PMO team.
• Support activities and initiatives to improve IT project governance management through automation and data analysis.
• Support department and regional monthly reporting and identify ways to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments and regional offices to understand pain points and develop tools or reports to address productivity issues.
• Develop a PM lifecycle improvement mindset through data mining and AI automation.

Job Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion to learn IT project management, Power Automate, Power BI, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical skills to develop solutions independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive, collaborative, team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and iterative improvements.
• Preferably knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Python.
• Exposure or basic understanding of the project management lifecycle and SDLC.
