About this role
BlackRock is seeking a Product Manager for the Case Platform within the Aladdin ecosystem. The Case Platform delivers scale to BlackRock’s most complex operational workflows across the full lifecycle of investment clients, including portfolio change requests, new account openings, invoicing, and terminations. It brings together people, process, data, and technology to drive productivity, mitigate risk, and enable faster decision-making.
Team Overview
Within Aladdin, the Client Experience & Enterprise (CXE) group focuses on delivering cutting-edge solutions for clients, regulators, engineers, sales, and service professionals, ensuring seamless integration across mobile and desktop platforms. The CXE team emphasizes collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement as part of Aladdin’s success. Product Managers work with Aladdin developers and stakeholders to conceive, design, and pilot new capabilities that simplify client business problems.
About this role
The Case Platform supports a range of capabilities across the technology ecosystem, including AI-powered workflow orchestration, contract management, AML/KYC and regulatory compliance, and client data and documentation management. You will coordinate and manage dependencies across the Case Platform ecosystem and work closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and strategic partners to execute and deliver your product vision. You should be able to influence and motivate teams without direct control.
Your day would include
- Collaborating with other product managers to define the product strategy and vision for the Case Platform; clearly articulating business value to engineering and delivery teams.
- Taking ownership of product decisions and serving as the lead resource for product expertise across the organization.
- Designing and delivering AI-first workflows and introducing AI-led ways of working across the platform.
- Analyzing user feedback and market trends to drive product improvements.
- Defining features and requirements to deliver a complete product to market and guiding the product team to success; articulating the “what” and coordinating with engineering on the “when.”
- Being involved in all aspects of the product lifecycle, including project management, user experience, testing, training, and release planning.
- Leading with a data-driven mindset to track usage and metrics that inform product strategy and deployment.
- Staying aware of industry and technology trends and considering their impact on the product offering.
What you may have
- 1–3 years of Product Management / Product Ownership or relevant experience.
- Familiarity with agile processes; comfortable serving as a Product Owner to a scrum team.
- Hands-on experience with client operations and servicing technology platforms.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results; strong initiative.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills, including multitasking.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
- Strong teamwork, with the ability to lead and influence others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to and engage with varying levels of the organization.
Compensation & Benefits (New York, NY)
Salary range for this position is USD $132,500.00 – $162,500.00. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock applies a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy; total compensation may vary based on role, location, department, and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid model fosters collaboration and continuous learning. Employees are expected to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the option to work from home 1 day per week.
