Work you will do

You will be part of our Inspires Internship Program, working alongside some of the best and brightest people anywhere, on behalf of many of the world’s most influential companies. You will be at the center of it all, performing research, data analysis and modelling to tackle complex business problems. In addition, you will contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations and publications.

This program will allow you to develop key capabilities and skills while gaining access to a wide scope of training and development activities. You will have an opportunity to work with like-minded people and gain exposure to a variety of projects within the chosen business area. You will have the opportunity to specialise in key areas of this dynamic business unit, with a focus on providing end-to-end Strategy & Transactions and Risk, Regulatory & Forensic services.

Strategy & Transactions

  • Strategy & Business Design: Define and drive strategy-led transformation across client enterprises by using deep industry and sector insights (market size, competitive landscape, customer segmentation, technological evolution) to develop corporate and business unit strategies, launch new businesses, RTM strategy, product pricing and segmentation, and AI-led business models.
  • Infrastructure & Real Estate: Advise clients on complex infrastructure and capital projects (cities, roads, facilities, power plants, railways, waterways). Include governance, financial, and commercial structures for major projects, highlighting societal benefits to promote investments and drive economic, environmental, and social progress.
  • Valuation & Modelling: Use advanced modelling and valuation tools to help clients unlock asset value, drive strategic decisions, and mitigate risks (acquisition assessments, financial reporting, dispute resolution, portfolio valuation).
  • Mergers & Acquisition: Work with senior executives on shareholder value, inorganic growth, and portfolio rationalisation with financial, M&A, and debt & equity advice; apply deep analytics and AI to align deal strategy with goals and support integrations, separations, and transformation.
  • Restructuring, Turnaround & Cost Transformation: Provide advisory services to lenders, investors, owners, and management teams of underperforming and distressed businesses; focus on cost savings and margins, and implement turnaround strategies for solvent and insolvent situations.

Risk, Regulatory & Forensic

  • Regulatory & Financial Risk: Provide risk transformation, data and modelling solutions addressing complex client issues; optimise compliance programs, standardise processes, and transform compliance to protect value, while increasing visibility, efficiency, and confidence for the future.
  • Forensic & Financial Crime: Protect brands by advising on exposure to fraud, corruption, money laundering, and other financial crime issues; support clients in disputes, regulatory concerns, or investigations using next-generation forensic and eDiscovery tools and analytics.
