Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Deliver, maintain and support systems on various platforms to deliver optimal performance in high-volume enterprise environments.
- Work with third-party system administrators or vendors to resolve integration issues.
- Participate in key technical and design discussions with engineering and operations teams.
- Manage or participate in setup, upgrade, migration, and deployment of systems/software as part of the project.
- Implement and set up various developments, testing, automation tools, and required IT infrastructure.
- Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.
- Monitor the health of platforms for periodic reporting and provide continuous improvements such as automating manual tasks to meet demanding operations needs.
- Provide regular status reporting to management and other stakeholders on overall system health, progress, issues, and technical risks.
- Support hardware refresh and hardening of systems.
- Support firmware and software updates/upgrades.
- Document changes and automation work performed.
- Perform on- and off-site troubleshooting and rectification of system issues.
Qualities We Value
- Keen interest in systems-related work with knowledge and experience in servers virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, Nutanix, etc.), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.), operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), and Docker.
- Critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Good planning and coordination abilities.
- Strong writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Good team player, responsible, and conscientious.
- Resourceful, independent, proactive, and responsive.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a Can-Do attitude.
- Ability to guide team members.
- Prefer 3–4 years of experience or more; entry-level candidates are welcome. Candidates with greater or more complex experience will be considered for a senior role.
