What you will value-add

  • Support the entire global mobility lifecycle, from pre-assignment preparation to post-assignment support
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders on global mobility-related matters, such as relocation planning, shipment of personal goods and tax-related matters
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team on global mobility matters (e.g., international transfers, secondments)
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and firmwide requirements
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding of inbound staff and departure of outbound staff
  • Assist with global mobility-related reporting, projects and initiatives

About you

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in global mobility, expatriate management or relocation services
  • Strong knowledge of international tax and immigration laws
  • Good communication, interpersonal and advisory skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
