What you will value-add
- Support the entire global mobility lifecycle, from pre-assignment preparation to post-assignment support
- Provide support to internal stakeholders on global mobility-related matters, such as relocation planning, shipment of personal goods and tax-related matters
- Collaborate with the wider HR team on global mobility matters (e.g., international transfers, secondments)
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws and firmwide requirements
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of inbound staff and departure of outbound staff
- Assist with global mobility-related reporting, projects and initiatives
About you
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in global mobility, expatriate management or relocation services
- Strong knowledge of international tax and immigration laws
- Good communication, interpersonal and advisory skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
