Job Description
Responsible for the provision of aircraft spares for aircraft induction. Coordinate with customers, production, and planning staff to understand material requirements. Liaise with Production, Customer, Stock Control, Purchasing, Receiving, Shipping and Freight forwarders to monitor and prioritise/expedite all outstanding critical/urgent aircraft materials required for the project. Liaise with production/customer to resolve long lead-time material demands. Ensure appropriate approval from customers/management prior to spares procurement and/or check customer's ERP system for stock availability. Attend pre-induction meetings and identify spares that potentially impact the aircraft re-delivery schedule, work stoppage, or disruption to production schedules. Prepare material status/inventory and KPI reports for customer and production. Perform review and analysis of frequently used materials for provisioning. Recommend MRP levels and optimise inventory levels. Ad hoc material and operational improvement tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Production, Customer, Stock Control, Purchasing, Receiving, Shipping and Freight forwarders to monitor and expedite critical/urgent materials.
- Address long lead-time material demands in coordination with production and customers.
- Obtain necessary approvals from customers/management before spares procurement and verify stock availability in the customer’s ERP system.
- Attend pre-induction meetings and identify spares impacting re-delivery schedules or production disruptions.
- Prepare material status, inventory, and KPI reports for customers and production teams.
- Review and analyze frequently used provisioning materials to optimize procurement.
- Recommend optimal MRP levels and inventory policies.
- Perform ad hoc material and operational improvement tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
- Basic knowledge of Data Analytics
- Keen to learn SAP; familiarity is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to handle challenging customers and resolve tense situations
- Able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
