Overview
The Inspector will take on an active role in ensuring that vehicles follow LTA’s standards and guidelines.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform roadworthiness inspections on vehicles and ensure compliance with LTA's standards and guidelines.
- Perform monthly maintenance/repair of test lanes equipment.
- Conduct daily checks, lane equipment maintenance, and housekeeping of the lanes and its surroundings.
- Perform work-related tasks as determined by Supervisors/Management.
- Able to carry out shift work duty / trial run / overtime on Saturdays when needed.
- Must be able to work at different locations when required.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Possess a valid local Class 3 Driving License. Class 2b will be an advantage.
- At least NTC 2/3 in automotive mechanic / Nitec in Automotive Technology or equivalent.
- Good teamwork, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Reporting Relationship
The incumbent reports to the Workshop Supervisor.
