Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries of aircraft components, parts, and materials to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Unbox shipments, physically count items, and verify against delivery documents.
• Check and verify certificates for compliance with air regulations and customer requirements.
• Raise Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs) for any discrepancies.
• Perform goods receipt transactions using SAP system.
• Coordinate with buyers and customers to resolve any receiving discrepancies.
• Understand and apply airworthiness requirements and certification standards during inspection.
• Utilize SAP for receiving processes; familiarity with aerospace industry ERP practices is a plus.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• NITEC in Aerospace or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Independent, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP and TRAX systems (training will be provided).
• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and an interest in the aviation industry will be advantageous.
