Responsibilities

  • Use data management systems to access specific information as required.
  • Prepare moderately complex documents using standard office software, and gather and summarize data for reports.
  • Provide operational support by performing a range of routine activities using existing systems and protocols.
  • Ensure treasury/trading activities are carried out efficiently by providing senior dealers or traders with administrative support related to market transactions, including outcome analysis or order execution.

Skills

  • Determine and analyze trends from data to assist in compiling reports for decision-making.
  • Use document management tools to manage, view, organize, and store documents.
  • Create reports and review reports created by others for various audiences, in a lucid and effective manner, keeping the purpose of the reports in mind.
  • Understand and effectively use standard office equipment and software packages to support business processes.

General Experience - 4 to 6 months

Certifications

Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) — FINRA

$55,000.00-$119,995.20
