Consulting- Workforce Transformation Off Cycle Internship (July 26 - Dec 26)

Job Description

PwC is seeking self-driven individuals for a mid-year internship opportunity in PwC Consulting’s regional People & Organisation practice within South East Asia. The role focuses on helping organizations transform their workforce and workplace through experience- and digital-driven initiatives. The internship runs full-time from July 2026 to December 2026/January 2027, with potential pathways toward leadership development and cross-service collaboration within PwC.

Responsibilities

Working within a high-performing team and collaborating with PwC colleagues, you will support the delivery of People & Organisation management across areas including:

• HR Transformation
• Change Management, Culture and Leadership
• Workforce Strategy, Talent, Organizational Design and Strategic Workforce Planning
• Productivity and People Analytics

Requirements

• Penultimate-year students in Psychology, Business, Economics, or Human Resources from reputable local universities
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex, dynamic environments
• Desire to develop professionally in the field
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative
• Good record of co-curricular activities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Service-oriented with a commitment to teamwork and excellence
