Job Description

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. The intern will be responsible for the following: assisting in routine portfolio management activities including impact analysis and reporting; supporting and assisting in research, development and implementation of value creation projects; supporting ESG and sustainability initiatives; and assisting with database model updates and asset valuations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine portfolio management activities including impact analysis and reporting
• Support and assist in research, development and implementation of value creation projects
• Support ESG and sustainability initiatives
• Assist with database model updates and asset valuations

Learning Outcomes

• Gaining insights and exposure on how data centres are operated and managed
• Participating in the portfolio considerations in the management of assets under the REIT's portfolio
• Gaining a broad exposure to opportunities in areas of internal/external stakeholder management, vendors, and other asset management teams

Job Requirements

• Self-starter, independent worker, and motivated to learn
• Quick in grasping concepts and initiative to think of how to improve tasks / bring a fresh perspective to tasks assigned
• Good in Microsoft Word, especially Excel and PowerPoint
