Job Title: Intern/Trainee – Human Resources Services & Solutions

Location: Singapore (as applicable)

Our Human Resources Services & Solutions team delivers operational support focused on the employee experience, leveraging HR administration expertise to provide timely and accurate solutions to employees and stakeholders.

We are seeking a full-time Intern/Trainee who can commit from July to December 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Administer onboarding and off-boarding activities
  • Create, maintain, and update records in HR databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and quality
  • Respond to staff queries regarding HR policies and processes
  • Provide administrative support for staff welfare, billing, and payments matters
  • Participate in HR-related projects
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Workday is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude, self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where quality and speed are essential
