Role Summary

The Transfer Pricing Intern role involves working within a specialized team that advises clients on international tax strategies. As an intern, you will help clients navigate complex global tax environments, ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations, and optimize operating models. Your work will directly impact multinational corporations by providing strategic insights and recommendations that minimize tax risks and enhance global operational efficiency.

This internship offers hands-on experience in international taxation, development of transfer pricing technical expertise, and opportunities to develop client-facing skills within a leading professional services firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on the client’s business, transfer pricing issues, regulations, and market trends to support engagements.
  • Economic Analysis: Assist in benchmarking analyses to evaluate and support transfer pricing strategies.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare transfer pricing documentation in accordance with local regulations and international standards.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with senior team members to support client meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to deliverables.
  • Project Management: Manage tasks within assigned projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaboration Across the Firm and Geographies: Work with cross-functional teams in Singapore and with counterparts in other countries to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Requirements

  • Final-year student in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Law from a local polytechnic
  • Strong academic track record
  • Active involvement in co-curricular activities
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical abilities
