You will be part of our CSS unit which provides practical and effective assistance to our clients in the corporate secretarial, accounting and payroll functions to ensure all statutory compliance requirements are fully met. Our aim is to provide value-added services and solutions that are flexible and tailored to the circumstances and needs of our clients. Together we can build trust in society and solve important problems.

Role Summary

Coordinate and work closely with internal and external clients and payroll vendors to provide relevant payroll information, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in the payment of salaries.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal/external clients and payroll vendors to provide relevant payroll information and ensure accurate, complete, and timely salary payments.
  • Ensure Returns on Employees Remuneration and Notification of a Non-Citizen Employee’s Cessation of Employment or Departure from Singapore are reported to IRAS within the stipulated timeline.
  • Provide advice and make decisions on complex payroll cases within service standards while safeguarding confidentiality of payroll data.
  • Assist in business process streamlining and re-engineering to improve work efficiency.

About You

  • You have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of solid working experience in a payroll environment.
  • Candidates from outsourced payroll environments are advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office with proven experience using payroll software.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team with a good work attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
