Our Risk & Compliance Solutions practice offers opportunities to rethink compliance and risk, creating a sustainable risk advantage. We help clients develop proper internal controls by sharing technical know-how and leveraging analytics and technology solutions to underpin governance, optimize risk and compliance policies and processes, and improve business performance. Our Asset and Wealth Management team is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking seasoned professionals to join us in Singapore’s leading Asset and Wealth Management in Risk & Compliance Advisory. You will experience a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will work as part of a fast-growing team of subject matter experts with extensive industry experience in regulatory compliance, risk and internal controls. Your clients include leading local, regional and global asset managers, alternative asset managers (private equity, private credit, real estate, hedge funds and venture capital), wealth management, digital wealth managers, digital assets and other capital market intermediaries. Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory advice to fund management clients on risk, regulations and compliance.
• Conduct compliance reviews and internal audits for asset managers, and formulate recommendations to improve processes and controls to align with industry practices, regulatory requirements and regulators’ expectations.
• Perform business processes and controls reviews, including control assurance reporting to identify gaps, assess risks and provide remediation recommendations.
• Provide outsourced compliance support to clients, including regulatory reporting, operationalizing regulatory changes, conducting compliance monitoring and reporting to senior management, assisting with AML/KYC reviews, and offering regulatory guidance.
• Help clients develop, implement and strengthen enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including communicating the scope of work, findings, observations and industry updates.

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Commerce or related field (local or overseas universities welcome).
• Good understanding and interest in the asset management or private wealth management landscape (preferable).
• Minimum 1 year of regulatory compliance, internal audit or risk and controls experience, preferably in a Big 4 audit firm, regulator or financial institution (preferable).
• Strong academic record.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented with an analytical and inquisitive mindset.
• Professional, confident, and motivated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude to learn and a strong team player.
