Join our Regulatory Risk and Compliance team, where we empower a broad range of financial service clients—including banks, insurance firms, and payments companies—to meet their regulatory and compliance obligations. As a new associate, you’ll gain invaluable experience across the diverse sectors within our team, learning from each industry’s unique challenges and opportunities.

We are looking for Associates to join us in July 2026 onwards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client proposals and pitches to fuel growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to guide clients through MAS regulations and strengthen regulatory processes and obligations.
• Support managers in developing robust regulatory frameworks, policies, procedures and their implementation.
• Design monitoring plans, conduct compliance testing, and provide recommendations to improve processes and controls.
• Conduct regulatory compliance reviews for financial services audit clients.
• Seize secondment opportunities to understand clients’ needs and operations.
• Collaborate with diverse PwC teams and offices worldwide to serve global clients.
• Stay abreast of technology trends in financial services to support IT regulatory compliance initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance client offerings and internal operations.

Requirements

• Degree holders in disciplines such as Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, or Law (preferred).
• Demonstrable academic achievement.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Sound understanding of banking operations, payment services, and Singapore’s regulatory landscape, including the Banking Act, Securities and Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act and MAS guidelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Keen interest in risk and controls, fintech, and the financial services industry.
• Creative thinking and willingness to challenge conventional approaches.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and a collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
