We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity to join one of our fastest growing teams within a new global service line at PwC. As part of this team, you will collaborate closely with the NewLaw leadership on a diverse range of client projects, grow into a leader, and help shape the future vision of PwC Singapore's NewLaw practice.
In NewLaw, we are seeking a Consultant to help legal departments optimise their functions, reduce costs, and provide greater value. The role involves working with high-profile clients and using innovative tools to transform legal processes. We are looking for candidates to join our Associate intake in July 2026.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist clients in operating strategy, process optimisation, spend analysis, legal contracts transformation, and digital transformation.
- Evaluate and implement legal technology solutions and oversee PwC SG NewLaw managed services.
- Gather business requirements, analyse functional requirements, implement processes and systems, and provide project management support.
- Manage client expectations through proactive communication and engagement.
- Conduct market research and interviews for clients, including legal tech landscape reviews, legal opportunity analysis, and market opportunity research.
- Assist in generating reports, presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and documents for client deliverables or RFQs.
About You
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s/Juris Doctorate from a recognised university in related fields such as business management, finance, law, or information systems.
- Experience with process mapping, contract life cycle management, and digital transformation is a bonus.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is essential.
- Knowledge of legal tech tools and GenAI tools is a bonus.
Soft Skills

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
