Responsibilities

• Work in a Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) team providing M&A tax advisory services to a diverse mix of corporate clients across industries.
• Advise on local and international corporate tax issues, including cross-border restructuring, tax treaties, withholding tax, permanent establishment, and other M&A tax matters (e.g., tax due diligence, acquisition tax structuring, post-merger integration).
• Draft tax advisory memos or reports.

Requirements

• 0 to at least 1 year of corporate tax experience, preferably with an international accounting or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or another business-related field, with a Professional Qualification recognized by ISCA. SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills, with a passion to learn; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver quality work, as well as collaborate with multiple team leaders.
