Work you’ll do

The successful candidate will work in the international tax team providing International Tax (IT) advisory services to a diverse mix of corporate clients across industries. Responsibilities include advising on local and international corporate tax issues, including:

• Cross-border restructuring
• Tax treaties and withholding tax
• Permanent establishment issues
• BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two matters
• Tax due diligence
• Acquisition tax structuring
• Post-acquisition restructuring
• Drafting tax advisory memos or reports

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• 1 year of corporate tax experience (0–1 year acceptable for entry-level positions) ideally with an international accounting or law firm; experience in a tax advisory role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or other business-related field
• Professional qualification recognized by ISCA
• SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills with a passion to learn
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, deliver quality work, and collaborate with multiple team leaders
