You will be working for a successful MFT trading team, helping to enhance existing capabilities and increase the robustness of live trading.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a low-latency high-frequency trading platform
- Assist in the development of a tick-by-tick backtesting research platform
- Develop and optimize large-scale parallel computation solutions requiring extensive data sharing across resources
- Optimize the computational efficiency of existing machine learning algorithms to improve performance and learning rates
- Develop systems, interfaces, and tools for historical market data and trading simulations to increase research productivity
- Create tools to analyze data and generate insights that support research decisions
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of practical experience with C++ and 1-2 years of meaningful experience with Python
- Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
- Demonstrated academic excellence
- Proficient with Linux and some knowledge of SQL
- Detail-oriented problem-solving abilities
- Passion for innovation and building systems from the ground up
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of problems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English communication skills for business purposes
