• Graduate Scheme: non-rotational, specialising from day one in one discipline; a 24-month track for holders of a RICS-accredited degree, or a 30-month track including a conversion MSc in Commercial Real Estate for those without one, both working toward RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) chartered status
