Workman runs a structured Graduate Scheme in Property Management or Building Consultancy, alongside surveying and accountancy apprenticeships for candidates without a RICS-accredited degree:

• Graduate Scheme: non-rotational, specialising from day one in one discipline; a 24-month track for holders of a RICS-accredited degree, or a 30-month track including a conversion MSc in Commercial Real Estate for those without one, both working toward RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) chartered status
• Building Surveyor / Management Surveyor Apprenticeship: on-the-job training combined with a BSc and full RICS accreditation, minimum entry 96 UCAS points, open to candidates without a degree
• Accountancy Apprenticeship: rotates trainees across accounting functions for broad exposure to the firm's client accounts service
