Per Tata Capital's careers page, the firm runs four named campus tracks:

• SPARK (Summer Program to Acquire and Redefine Knowledge) — an eight-week summer internship for MBA students from select business schools; successful interns are evaluated for pre-placement offers (PPOs) that convert to full-time roles after graduation
• Select and Aspire — campus programmes recruiting fresh graduates directly into business roles
• Annual Management Trainee Program — rotates fresh hires across the firm's key business domains
• Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) — an internal track for high-potential junior managers, rotating them across business units and functions

The four tracks separate by entry point: SPARK is the only MBA-summer route to a PPO, while Select, Aspire and the Management Trainee programme take undergraduate or fresh-graduate hires directly into roles, and ELP is reserved for existing employees in junior management. A candidate's school year and degree decide which route is realistic; the routes do not overlap, and for an MBA candidate the SPARK PPO is the primary path to a full-time Tata Capital seat for after graduation.
