Equiteq's Students & Graduates program includes a 10-week paid Summer Internship based in New York, Boston, Atlanta, or London, and a longer 3- to 6-month placement in its Singapore office. Both are open to penultimate- and final-year undergraduates from any degree discipline, combining live deal work with structured training in financial modelling and presentation skills. The firm says it draws many of its permanent junior bankers directly from these cohorts. Because a summer placement is Equiteq's primary route into a full-time offer, it functions less as a standalone summer experience and more as an extended first-round interview for a junior banking seat.
