Celonis runs a tiered path from internship to graduate hire rather than a single program, per its early-careers hub:

A candidate who wants to test fit before committing has a route in through Summernaut; one who applies directly into Galaxy or Orbit is committing to a fixed 12-month track and hub city from day one.

The same restriction reaches at least some graduate-program hiring too: the Galaxy Graduate Program's Raleigh posting, independently listed on Accel's job board, states outright that "visa sponsorship is not offered for this role." For an international student without existing local work authorization, this closes off Celonis's US internship track and at least some of its US graduate postings before an application is worth writing.

The company describes itself as having brought "process mining from academia into the boardroom" since its 2011 founding, and says it was the first software company to win the German President's Award for the technology. For a candidate with a limited number of applications to spend on enterprise-software employers, this is a multi-year analyst-leadership record, not a one-off award: the same firm has topped the same ranking under two different category names in succession.
