Recruiting for this role ends on October 11, 2026. ## What You’ll Do Deloitte Risk Technology and Analytics Advisory professionals provide digital advice and recommendations to clients, deploying leading technology solutions to solve pressing business challenges related to risk and trust. You have the opportunity to work across our Audit and Assurance offerings—including Audit, Specialized Assurance, Accounting & Reporting, Controls, and Internal Audit—combining diverse skills, leading-edge technology, and a global network to deliver high-quality audits, assurance reports, and insights that shape how organizations operate. ### Main Tasks Will Include: - Translate complex data into actionable insights, enabling clients to enhance risk management strategies through advanced analytical tools, AI, and Machine Learning. - Create automation toolkits, standardizing templates and inputs to drive more efficient and reliable outputs. - Streamline data pipelines to improve process consistency and data management. - Visualize and communicate results to be easily digestible for key stakeholders using Tableau & PowerBI. - Advise teams on automating control testing and performing continuous monitoring to drive efficiency, acknowledging associated risks. ### In Addition, You Will: #### Develop Digital Solutions - Design, build, and test quantitative and AI/ML-based models across business areas such as ESG, digital assets, blockchain, and predicting risk events (like fraud) and their organizational impact. - Define and calculate key operations and data risk indicator metrics to help organizations monitor the health and resiliency of their business and data. - Perform data-driven tests and reconciliations to evaluate compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements. - Deliver actionable insights through data visualization and operational efficiency via intelligent automation. - Develop agentic AI-based digital applications to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for clients and Deloitte team members in assurance work. #### Assess Client’s Data & Digital Capability and Provide Strategic Advice & Recommendations - Help businesses understand their data requirements and develop data sourcing and architecture strategies to fulfill those needs. - Assess clients’ current state regarding their data infrastructure and use of digital technologies (e.g., analytics & AI); provide strategic advice on scaling impact with optimal design, architecture, and governance while mitigating data risks. - Evaluate clients’ use of analytical models and AI; advise on improving model efficacy, enhancing model governance, and assessing compliance with best practices and regulatory standards (e.g., model bias and explainability following Deloitte’s Trusted & Secure AI™ framework). ## Required Skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product. - Ability to build and sustain professional relationships. - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. - Ability to meet deadlines. ## The Team Launch your career where curiosity meets impact. Together makes progress — and it starts with you. ## Qualifications ### Required Qualifications - Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following majors: - Technology: data analytics, computer science, management information systems - Business: economics, econometrics, quantitative finance, finance, accounting, business analytics - Math/Engineering: industrial engineering, computer engineering, financial engineering, mathematics, statistics, actuarial mathematics - Strong academic record, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above. - Must reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required, without the need for overnight accommodations. - Able to co-locate at a Deloitte office or client site an average of 3 times a week, with variation based on business needs. - Able to travel up to 50%, on average, based on work assigned. - Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment. ### Preferred Qualifications - Meets minimal educational requirements for CPA licensure in the state of your assigned office location prior to beginning full-time employment. - Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or above. - Relevant work experience or experience in a professional environment (e.g., internships, summer positions, school jobs). - Demonstrated recent leadership in a campus club, society, sports team, or other activity. - Familiarity with various analytics tools and programming languages, such as: - Foundational capabilities: Scripting languages (SQL, Python). - Data Management: Microsoft SQL Server, nonrelational databases (e.g., Mongo Db), Snowflake, Databricks, etc. - Advanced analytics specialists: Exploratory data analysis & population profiling, Predictive analytics & data mining. - Data Visualization Tools: Tableau, Power Bi, QlikView. - Machine learning & cognitive App development specialists: React, Angular, Vue.js, etc. - Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.). - Containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Large Language Models (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.). - API Development, UI/UX Design. The wage range for this role factors in various elements including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and organizational needs.
