Our culture encourages you to bring your unique perspective and skills to the table, supporting both your personal growth and the success of the team. ## Job Responsibilities - Upload market data to various risk management systems. - Perform reconciliations against market sources. - Conduct control reconciliations to verify trading positions across front, middle, and back office functions. - Investigate and resolve settlement and confirmation queries. - Produce management statistics and reports. - Complete operations projects and respond to ad hoc requests for new initiatives and technology enhancements. - Support new system implementations and process improvements. ## Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - Strong logical and analytical mindset, with the ability to challenge existing processes. - Understanding of process flows and system linkages, with a focus on streamlining and improving operations. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Availability to work from 8 am to 5 pm. ## Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - Previous experience in finance industry operations roles. - BA or BS degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering preferred. - Proficiency in VBA. - Experience with risk management systems and reconciliations. - Demonstrated ability to drive automation and process re-engineering. - Collaborative approach and willingness to learn new technologies. - Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes. ## Applying to this role This Trade Support Analyst role at J.P.
