As an intern, you will partner closely with teams across the HR function, build relationships with stakeholders throughout the team, and work on impactful HR projects. ## Objectives - Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and intellectually challenging team. - Understand the landscape of global human resources projects and processes. - Identify and implement process-improvement opportunities. - Interpret and analyze HR data to synthesize results into actionable insights. - Develop solutions to complex talent challenges to address business needs. ## Skills and Qualifications - Interest and enthusiasm in a broad range of Human Capital topics. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Highly driven by a sense of intellectual curiosity and an innate desire to learn. - Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner. - Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with AI tooling and building agents (e.g., Gemini, Claude). ### Placement Information Placement opportunities are available across functions including, but not limited to, People Operations, Benefits, Learning and Development, and People Analytics.
