You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting the continued advancement and development of pricing methodologies, providing decision support for strategic initiatives, implementing actuarial techniques, and establishing a rate adequacy monitoring process. The pricing team plays a significant role in influencing and shaping overall business performance. The primary functions of this role involve developing rates and factors for new products, monitoring product performance, tracking rate adequacy, and making rate recommendations. This is an ideal role for an individual passionate about using analytics to influence decisions and conceptualizing new ways of solving problems. The role requires effectively communicating technical concepts to key stakeholders and driving them through to implementation.
