You will contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. ## Job Responsibilities - Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and providing attentive, friendly service. Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings. - Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts while complying with all policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and banking requirements. - Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including self-service technology such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. - Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
