We provide our corporate and institutional clients with capital markets and financial advisory services and integrated solutions. We are seeking talented individuals to join our London Investment Banking team in the following sector teams: - **Power, Utilities and Energy:** Coverage of power, utilities, and energy transition sectors (including renewables, circular economy, bioenergy, waste, energy storage, carbon capture, etc.). - **Verticalized Software, Data, and Analytics:** Technology and data solution providers, delivered through a SaaS model in specific sectors such as Automotive, Maritime, GRC, and LegalTech. - **Communications and Media:** Telecommunications and digital infrastructure (e.g., fibre, data centres, broadcast and telecom towers, satellites, submarine cables, etc.). - **Mining:** Coverage of the metals and mining sector, including copper, gold, silver, and other commodities, with a core focus on upstream exploration, development, and production businesses. ## Position Overview As an Investment Banking Summer Analyst, you will be exposed to a wide variety of clients, sectors, financial services, and products, working with various integrated teams. This experience will develop the necessary skills to thrive in Investment Banking. The internship begins with one week of formal training for all London TD summer analysts, covering orientation and interactive technical training. This prepares you for the nine weeks of the internship. Summer Analysts will engage with bankers at all levels and participate in networking events to experience our firm's culture and integrate with the team. ## How You Will Contribute - Research and analyze clients’ financial situations, industry, and market data. - Apply valuation tools to assess opportunities. - Support the preparation of external client presentations, proposals, and internal memos. - Assist senior team members with idea generation and M&A transaction execution. - Work proactively across multiple product/industry groups and geographies. ## Who We Are Looking For - Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028. - A genuine interest in corporate finance and the sectors covered by TD. - Results-driven with proven academic excellence and strong interpersonal skills. - Strong numerical and analytical skills, coupled with attention to detail. - Ability to perform in a fast-paced, cross-team, and cross-regional environment while delivering accurate results under pressure. - Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork. - A willingness to learn and demonstrate a growth mindset. - Previous experience in corporate finance or investment banking is considered an asset. - Fluency in at least one additional European language is advantageous. - Demonstrated leadership (e.g., sports, clubs, extracurricular activities, and philanthropy). ## Application Requirements & Terms of Offer ### Internship Overview - **Contract Type:** Full-time, 10-week summer internship. - **Anticipated Dates:** June 21, 2027 – August 27, 2027. - **Location:** 60 Threadneedle Street. - Candidates must have unrestricted right to work in the UK for the entire internship duration. ### How to Apply?
