Join our regional agency/bancassurance distribution team in the Asian headquarters and experience first-hand the inner workings and strategic steering of the Life and Health insurance business units. You will collaborate with various external and internal stakeholders and support the regional team in different projects, contributing to the transformation of the distribution channel. This is your chance to gain insights and valuable practical experience in the financial services and insurance industry, specifically in the areas of corporate strategy and distribution, all while working in an international environment with exposure to various markets in Asia. ## What You Will Do - Support analysis regarding distribution management activities using management dashboards and reports in areas like distribution and corporate strategy (e.g., financial KPIs, growth metrics, competitor analysis). - Analyze current trends, key players, and market developments across Asia. - Review company financials, growth drivers, and economic factors changing the insurance landscape in Asia. - Provide data analysis and interpretation of relevant agency, bancassurance, customer, and market data. - Contribute to and support the regional growth strategy to transform the distribution channel. - Perform project management on ad-hoc strategic initiatives related to the development and execution of distribution ecosystem strategies. - Manage internal and external stakeholders across the region. - Support the creation of convincing market development pitches through the activities mentioned above.
