The CSM team owns critical activities that support customer success, including executing education plans, aligning roadmaps with business outcomes, facilitating Executive Briefing Sessions, supporting go-live events, and managing transitions. In this position, you will apply program management, customer cloud journey acceleration, and customer value realization practices to help AWS teams work together effectively and efficiently to deliver customer outcomes. You will also have opportunities to recommend improvements, provide input for effective meetings, and ensure concise information is delivered to the appropriate audience. ## Key Job Responsibilities - Interface with customers and AWS leadership while driving collaboration among core account groups, including Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services, as well as product and engineering teams and customer teams, to plan and support major workload migrations. - Help manage project cadence through reporting and tracking functions. - Identify opportunities and risks, establish customer relationships, engage in constructive discussions, and advise customers on relevant best practices for migration, modernization, and AI/ML adoption. ## Basic Qualifications - Experience with one of the following programming languages: Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++. - Experience with at least two of the following: networking fundamentals, security, storage or databases (relational or NoSQL), and operating systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows). ## Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of at least one relevant technology domain, such as compute, hardware, networking, software, big data, or security. - Experience in one or more of the following domains: analytics, security, storage, DevOps, application development, or machine learning. ## Compensation The base salary range for this position is listed below. The Amazon compensation package includes sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
