Associates are responsible for understanding and surfacing client business priorities, breaking down challenges, and identifying the most effective ways to support clients in making sound business decisions. Responsibilities include client onboarding, demonstrating the value of Gartner services, and stimulating engagement across products utilized by large client teams. ## What You Will Do - Partner with clients across all seniority levels—from senior C-levels to junior professionals in IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales—to ensure success in using their Gartner subscription. - Deliver value to decision-makers and drive Gartner growth by working within a service team. Responsibilities may include introducing Gartner services to prospective and new clients, account management, or connecting clients with the Gartner expert community. - Identify client priorities and align Gartner's resources to provide best-in-class service, enabling clients to achieve their goals and maximize ROI on their Gartner membership. - Collaborate with internal Gartner stakeholders to drive service delivery and business results, sharing best practices and designing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles. - Leverage insights and metrics to continuously drive client engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth. ## Qualifications - Must be fluent in English and one of the following additional languages: French or Swedish. - Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 6+ months of relevant professional and/or internship experience. - Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients. - Strong skills in communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing. ## What We Offer - A collaborative, team-oriented culture committed to diversity. - Professional development and unlimited growth opportunities. ## About Gartner At Gartner, Inc.
