Your ability to solve problems, work with data, and embrace new technologies will help drive impactful outcomes and support the team's innovation agenda. ## What You Will Do Your responsibilities will include: - **E-Commerce Support:** Monitor digital trading platforms and live trading engines, support daily operational processes, perform reporting activities, and assist in troubleshooting and system enhancements. - **Process Automation:** Develop and enhance automation solutions using Python, macros, and other digital tools to improve operational efficiency and scalability. - **Data Analytics:** Prepare, analyze, and validate datasets to generate business insights and support decision-making across Digital Markets initiatives. - **Dashboard & Reporting Development:** Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools using platforms such as Power BI and Tableau. - **Data Management:** Support database automation, data structuring, and data quality initiatives to strengthen reporting and analytics capabilities. - **Artificial Intelligence Initiatives:** Assist in identifying opportunities to leverage AI and analytics to streamline processes and improve business outcomes. - **Digital Assets Research:** Conduct market research and analysis on developments within the digital assets ecosystem, emerging technologies, and industry trends. - **Project Coordination:** Support project implementation activities, documentation, testing, and stakeholder communications for digital products and new platform initiatives. - **Event & Engagement Support:** Assist in coordinating internal and external events, workshops, and activities related to digital assets and innovation initiatives. - **Ad-hoc Projects:** Provide support on strategic initiatives and business transformation projects as assigned. ## About the Team Digital Markets sits at the intersection of financial markets, technology, and innovation.
