As an Institutional Clients Intern within the Structured Products & Syndicate team, you will gain valuable exposure to capital markets, structured products, fixed income solutions, and client engagement activities. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and leverage technology to improve efficiency will help you add value in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ## Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: - **Sales & Business Support:** Provide administrative and operational support to the Institutional Sales desk across Structured Products, Fixed Income, and Syndicate activities. - **Process Automation:** Support automation initiatives, including the enhancement of term sheet and pricing supplement generation through Excel VBA and other digital solutions. - **Presentation Development:** Assist in preparing client and management presentation materials covering financial products, market developments, and investment opportunities. - **Market & Data Analysis:** Support data extraction, analysis, and preparation of insights for management meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions. - **Reporting & Management Information:** Prepare periodic reports, including trade volume analysis, staff training records, and business performance updates. - **Event Coordination:** Assist in organizing client events, internal learning sessions, regional conference calls, and stakeholder engagement activities. - **Documentation & Stakeholder Support:** Coordinate meeting materials, maintain records, prepare meeting minutes, and support communication with internal stakeholders. - **Ad-hoc Projects:** Provide support on business initiatives, process improvements, and strategic projects as assigned. ## Team Context Global Markets provides clients with a comprehensive range of risk management, financing, and investment solutions across multiple asset classes. Within the Institutional Clients – Structured Products & Syndicate team, you will work alongside experienced sales and product professionals who partner with institutional investors, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
