Your ability to analyze information, leverage technology, and present findings clearly will be key to enabling more effective decision-making across the organization. ## What You Will Do Your responsibilities will include: - **Business Intelligence & Reporting:** Support the development and enhancement of management dashboards that provide insights into financial and business performance across Global Markets. - **Data Integration:** Assist in consolidating and integrating data from multiple sources to create automated, accurate, and scalable reporting solutions. - **Performance Analytics:** Analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) and business performance data to support management reviews and strategic decision-making. - **Dashboard Development:** Design and enhance interactive dashboards that enable department heads to monitor key metrics, trends, and performance indicators. - **Process Automation:** Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve efficiency through data-driven solutions. - **Data Management:** Support data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability. - **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. - **Ad-hoc Projects:** Provide support on strategic initiatives, financial analyses, reporting enhancements, and other assigned projects. ### Who You Will Work With The Strategy, Planning & Finance team partners business leaders across Global Markets to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic support. You will work alongside finance professionals, analysts, and business stakeholders who leverage data and analytics to drive business decisions and monitor organizational performance.
