Our Private Equity team in Singapore is looking for its new talent to join this dynamic and fast-learning environment.

## Missions

    
- Support the team in sourcing, screening, and evaluating new investment opportunities.
    
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and market research.
    
- Assist in due diligence processes, including coordinating with advisors and third parties.
    
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees.
    
- Participate in the monitoring and management of portfolio companies, including performance tracking and strategic initiatives.
    
- Collaborate closely with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders.

## Profile

    
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
    
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking. (Strong technical expertise is required; preference is given to PE or IBD backgrounds over consulting or accounting.)
    
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
    
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    
- Team player with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
