## Job Responsibilities

    
- Execute corporate advisory transactions, including IPOs, secondary listings, rights issues, placements, general offers, and delistings.
    
- Liaise with clients and other professional parties to oversee financial, legal, and commercial due diligence for IPO transactions.
    
- Review and assist in the preparation of transaction documents for IPO and advisory engagements.
    
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, information memoranda, and investor roadshow marketing materials.
    
- Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and company-specific research.

## Job Requirements

    
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
    
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting.
    
- 1-5 years of corporate finance and/or capital markets working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
    
- Candidates with a proven track record in IPO deal execution on the SGX or Bursa Malaysia are preferred.
    
- Relevant degree with excellent academic results from a reputable university.
    
- Ability to perform well under pressure and produce deliverables in a timely manner.
    
- Strong work ethic, excellent learning and work attitude, and independent nature.
    
- Strong communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
