Posted 2026-09-17; applications close 2026-11-16. **Apply**: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4469406221 Posted 8d ago. ## Role details ## Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end KYC due diligence for new OTC derivatives clients, including suitability assessments, AML checks, adverse media screening, and beneficial ownership identification. - Coordinate ISDA/CSA documentation negotiation, execution, and assignment—ensuring proper master agreement terms, credit support annexes, and legal entity setup are aligned with internal policies and counterparty requirements. - Perform precise client information matching and cross-referencing against internal databases and external tools (World-Check, Factiva, sanctions lists) to identify PEPs, restricted entities, and negative news. ## OTC & Derivative Solutions - Demonstrate a deep understanding of OTC derivative products (swaps, options, forwards, structured products) and their associated documentation (ISDA, GMRA, etc.). - Collaborate with sales/trading desks to tailor derivative solutions that meet client needs, including hedging strategies, investment structures, and risk management products. - Advise clients on product suitability, pricing implications, and market conventions, bridging the gap between commercial requirements and compliance constraints. ## Project Advancement (RFQs) - Drive the RFQ (Request for Quote) process for derivative transactions—from receipt of client enquiry to coordinating with trading, legal, and operations for timely pricing, execution, and confirmation. - Manage multiple onboarding and transaction projects simultaneously, tracking milestones, escalating bottlenecks, and ensuring seamless delivery against tight deadlines. - Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (Compliance, Legal, Operations, Trading) to ensure transparent communication and efficient project flow. ## AI Technology Application - Utilize AI-powered tools and automation platforms to streamline document verification, data extraction, and client information matching, significantly reducing manual effort and error rates. - Apply natural language processing (NLP) or machine learning models to analyze offering memoranda, financial statements, and legal documents for consistency and anomaly detection. - Continuously explore and implement new AI solutions to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of the onboarding and due diligence process. ## Requirements - Master’s degree (with full-time Bachelor’s) in Financial Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Finance, Economics, or related fields. - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in OTC derivatives or structured products operations at securities firms or futures risk management subsidiaries. - Solid knowledge of derivatives products and local/international market regulations. - Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel (VBA) and SQL/Python (preferred). ## Applying to this role This Client Relationship Manager - Derivatives Trading Department role at CGS International runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
