## Role details

## Summer Intern Position

The Summer Intern will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department with various administrative and logistical tasks, including:

    
- Keeping track of the recruitment database.
    
- Managing New Hire Onboarding logistics.
    
- Assisting with companywide safety initiatives.
    
- Assisting with background checks and collecting all necessary paperwork for personal files.
    
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
    
- Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and taking minutes.
    
- Working with the HR team to perform any other necessary HR administrative tasks.

## Qualifications

Ideal candidates should:

    
- Be students studying Human Resources or a related degree.
    
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
    
- Be proactive and result-oriented.
    
- Have a good command of spoken and written English, and preferably one Asian language.
