We were founded in partnership with PAG, one of the world's largest Asia-focused alternative asset managers, and have been operational since 2019. ## Technical Support Specialist We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for Trading OMS/PMS systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch support to clients within the financial industry. ## Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal users facing technical issues with Trading OMS/PMS systems. - Provide timely and effective resolution to technical support tickets. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. - Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference. - Conduct training sessions for clients on system functionalities and best practices. - Proactively identify areas for improvement in system performance and user experience. ## Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in technical support roles, preferably within the financial industry or hedge funds. - Strong knowledge of financial systems, including trading platforms, risk management tools, and data analysis software. - Familiarity with databases, SQL queries, coding capabilities, and network troubleshooting. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. ### Additional Skills (Optional) - Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools. - Certifications in relevant technologies. - Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and regulatory requirements in the financial sector. - Proficiency in scripting languages or automation tools. ## Why Join Us?
