Due to recent growth in our business across the region, we are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Project Management professional in the Hong Kong team. ## Role Responsibilities As a Project Management professional, you will: - Support the delivery and execution of assigned projects. - Liaise with owners/clients, landlords, developers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other service providers. - Assist in the design management process from concept through construction documentation. - Prepare cost estimations and manage the tendering process and contract administration. - Support procurement activities, managing contracts and services on behalf of owners/clients. - Supervise construction works on-site and coordinate trades. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive project schedules. - Contribute to identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks, ensuring prompt issue resolution. - Ensure proper project close-out and handover to clients/owners. - Assist in monitoring project financials, including tracking invoices and supporting timely payment collection from owners/clients. - Perform other functions as assigned by the Project Director/Team Head. ## Qualifications and Skills ### Required Qualifications - University degree holder, preferably in Real Estate, Project Management, or a related discipline. - 1–4 years of solid experience running commercial real estate projects, preferably involving commercial fit-out, office refurbishment, or retail projects. ### Preferred Experience and Skills - Formal training in project management, building surveying, or interior design is preferred. - Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Project Manager role. - Strong problem-solving and analytical ability to generate information that supports sound business decisions. - Proven experience in development planning and execution, with the ability to adapt these skills in a fast-paced environment requiring close interaction with clients and colleagues. - Experience delivering international quality projects in distant markets using in-house or third-party providers is an added value. - Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Chinese. - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. - Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Indesign, SketchUp) is an advantage. ## What We Offer - Opportunity to work in an enterprising environment where career growth can be accelerated. - Future opportunities for both domestic and international assignments. - A global culture with a strong focus on learning and development.
