## Role details

PAI Partners is a leading Private Equity Investor in Europe. We acquire majority stakes in large companies to drive sustainable, long-term growth. Our investment strategy centers on building strong partnerships, particularly with exceptional management teams. We exclusively invest in "Real Economy" sectors where we possess notable expertise: Business Services, Food & Consumer, General Industrials, and Healthcare. PAI Partners is a pan-European firm with operations in Paris, London, Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan, Munich, New York, and Stockholm.

This role will require you to analyze and evaluate potential investment opportunities, become actively involved in live transactions, and monitor the performance of existing portfolio investments. You will primarily work with Investment Professionals based in the London Office, though you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with professionals across all functions and international offices.

We are seeking proactive candidates with relevant professional experience (ideally a 6-month internship in M&A, strategy consulting, or Private Equity at recognized institutions). Essential qualities include a strong academic record, excellent interpersonal skills, and high motivation. Furthermore, curiosity, a strong willingness to learn, the ability to learn quickly, rigor, and commitment are critical attributes for this role.
