In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and aim to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. ## Key Responsibilities - Prepare, check, and coordinate various regulatory reports (CRS, FATCA, GSIB, HKMA return, etc.), ensuring data accuracy and timely submission. - Prepare and consolidate regulatory reporting for timely and accurate filing internally before final submission to SFC/HKMA/MAS. - Check and review reconciled cash and stock reconciliations to identify errors or breaks. - Ensure daily and monthly reconciliation of General Ledger account balances is performed. - Build risk awareness among staff by providing support and training within the Team. - Assist the Team Lead in implementing various change initiatives and projects related to system and processing procedures by considering operational flows, markets, upcoming regulations, and control requirements. - Liaise with business partners on user requirements, participating in and monitoring User Acceptance Testing (UAT) status to ensure achievement of project timelines. - Ensure daily operations comply with external/regulatory and internal requirements and the bank’s risk management standards. - Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are reviewed and updated regularly to comply with internal and external guidelines/regulations. - Assist the Team Lead in managing the team to meet Management (MTK) targets. - Assist the Team Lead in conducting Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) reviews and policy and compliance audits, including reviewing internal workflows for external and internal audit preparation. ## Requirements - University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines. - Hands-on experience in securities settlement, reconciliation, control, and reporting. - Excellent knowledge of Investment product settlement, including equities, fixed income, Unit Trusts, and structured products, will be an advantage. - Sound risk and control mindset. - Ability to identify errors and perform well under pressure. - Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple commitments and deadlines. - Appropriate handling of sensitive information. - Fresh Graduates will also be considered. ## Job Details **Location:** Two Harbour Square **Job:** Operations **Schedule:** Regular **Employee Status:** Full time ## Career Opportunity We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognizes your achievements.
