It is headquartered in London with offices in New York and Singapore. ## How You Will Create an Impact - Assist in monitoring and updating operational reports. - Be responsible for scanning and indexing all documentation into the DMS system. - Ensure timeliness is met for all measured tasks (e.g., data quality review, peer review, written date, aggregate data entry, etc.) for the team. This includes chasing and monitoring the workload. - Ensure data entry is in accordance with agreed guidelines, such as endorsements, quotes, and promise lines. - Ensure underwriting teams promptly address items received electronically (i.e., electronic trading platforms and email). - Ensure that underwriters resolve contract certainty queries/failures within a timely manner. - Act in accordance with all regulatory standards and principles. - Attend and prepare necessary documentation for team meetings (Underwriting and/or UTS). - Adhere to the internal binder approval process. - Provide box support at Lloyd’s when required. - Be responsible for building and maintaining close working relationships with third-party providers and brokers. - Handle ad-hoc and general administration duties as and when required for the UTS Core team. ## What You’ll Need to Succeed - Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff. - Good knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market and the classes of business written at Talbot. - Excellent IT Skills. - Currently working towards the CII exams. - Contributes positively to the business. - Open and approachable. - Works with and supports others in a team setting. - Inspires trust. - Adapts to and initiates change. - Accurate and attends to detail. - Analyzes and interprets information.
