Departments such as Design, Digital, Financial Writing, Channel Marketing, and Data & Operations work together to deliver impactful campaigns, compelling content, and data-driven insights that strengthen our brand and drive engagement with clients and prospects. ## The Role: Marketing Operations Intern The Global Marketing Solutions & Operations (GMSO) team is seeking an intern to support marketing operations across creative, content, and technology workstreams. This role involves tracking project tasks and deadlines, assisting with system optimization, coordinating team events, and preparing status updates for global marketing partners. ## Responsibilities - Support the Global Marketing Solutions & Operations (GMSO) team's marketing operations and project plans by tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across creative, content, technology, and cross-functional workstreams. - Assist with the Adobe Workfront optimization initiative, including intake processes, project templates, and system documentation, working alongside the Junior Scrum Master. - Help organize and coordinate specific workstreams under the guidance of senior team members, utilizing tools such as the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence). - Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for scrum events, stand-ups, and team meetings. - Learn and apply basic agile methodology principles (backlogs, sprint tracking, retrospectives) as part of supporting GMSO's agile transformation. - Support the preparation of status reports and updates for stakeholders across the global marketing organization, including partners in Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, and Australia. - Assist with tracking project processes and organizing reference documentation and training materials. - Work within New York's Global Marketing Services Organization, collaborating with colleagues focused on specific aspects of asset management marketing. ## Qualifications and Requirements ### Eligibility Criteria - Must be a rising undergraduate senior graduating in 2028. - Ability to start the internship on June 7, 2027, and complete it on August 13, 2027. - Ability to be based in New York City for the duration of the internship. - Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. ### Required Skills and Attributes - Consistent academic achievement. - Emerging leadership skills and initiative. - Strong desire to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. - Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and oral). - Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn. - Strong attention to detail. - Basic to intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills. - Familiarity or interest in generative AI tools. ## Compensation and Logistics We expect the prorated salary for this role to be approximately $85,000 USD for the duration of the internship.
