You might spend your morning analyzing workforce data to identify trends and build recommendations for your team, then spend your afternoon supporting an employee relations case or collaborating with operations leaders on a training initiative. Each month, we'll hold 1–2 onboarding days for new hires. ## Qualifications ### Basic Qualifications - Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above. - Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or a related field (Humanities focused), or a similar discipline. - Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) and able to commit to a 12-month internship. ### Preferred Qualifications - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others. - Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
